So Who Is Pastor Michael?

It has been incredible having Pastor Michael lead us in worship this spring in the MIX!!! And he is back this week… and better than ever!!!!
I got a chance to ask Pastor Michael a few questions, and let you know a little bit about this crazy guy!!

Tell us something crazy about yourself, something many people probably don’t know- no worries, its secret safe…
I love to drive fast cars! Here’s my history… I have driven a Camaro @ 120mph… a Nissan Z @ 135mph… a Mustang GT @125 mph… a Corvette @ 100mph… and my friends car: an Acura Integra w/ glasspacks and NOS at about 135mph.
Wow- that’s fast!! Since you tend to live life on the edge… tell us this,
would you rather be attacked by 3 large gorillas or by 13 crazy monkeys??
3 Gorillias….. I can take ‘em!!!
Summer is just around the corner for these students-
what was your favorite part of summer when you were in High School??
#1- Staying up late & sleeping late
#2- Snowcones
#3- More sleeping
#4- The Lake w/friends
#5- did I menton sleeping late??
When you weren’t sleeping… did you have a summer job??
Mowed lawns!! YUCK!
That’s cool- mowing lawns is a great summer job… I did that too…
So when did you begin your adventure with Jesus??
I asked Christ into my heart the summer between my 6th & 7th grade year.
It is very evident that your adventure with Him is active… and that it is still a vital part of your life today!! What has he been teaching you lately??
God has been showing me that everything that I do MUST be for God and Him Only. Whatever accomplishments, whatever awards, or rewards, are only because of HIM in me. I must strive each day to make Jesus Christ my priority and #1 in my life.
That is awesome- And leading worship gives you the opportunity to live that out- to make Jesus #1 in your life- and let that flow over to others as they worship WITH you!!!
